Whats Up Gold (WUG) is a management tool for managing any size network. It monitors all devices on a given
network and if a device goes down it can inform you by phone, e-mail or SMS.
WUG also creates it's own website so external users can monitor network status. The main
protocol used by WUG is SNMP, which, in turn uses Management Information Base's (MIB's). MIB's can be imported into
WUG to aid communication with certian products, such as routers or printers.
WUG can also monitor NT services on domain machines, this is another method of ensuring a machine is still active.

WUG gold also has a compact mode where every service that is being monitired can be seen at the same time.

Whats Up Gold™ is a registered trade mark of Ipswitch Inc.
